Dear rrdtool group readers!

I created a rrdtool database for statistics datas,
which are hour, day, year intervals.
And i would like measure the special interval every half days.
But when i creted it the rrdtool program package
sums up at 01:00:00 and 13:00:00.

i would like sum up the values at 06:00:00 and 18:00:00, therefore
the average of hours for 6 to 17 and for 18 to 5.

I did not find this option in rrdtool.
Can you help me?
Is it included in the program, anywhere?

I write what i did:
>rrdtool create temperature.rrd --step 300 DS:temp:GAUGE:600:U:U \
RRA:AVERAGE:0.5:1:5 \
RRA:AVERAGE:0.5:12:5 \
RRA:AVERAGE:0.5:144:5

Thank you for help.

Regards,
Gabor Szabo.
