[rrd-users] php-rrdtools rpm installation problem

I am trying to install a php-rrdtool rpm on Red Hat EL4 but I am having
rpm dependency issue.  I have install the latest version of rrdtools rpm
and as well the latest perl-rrdtools rpm, so when I try to install the
php-rrdtool-1.0.50-3.el4.rf.i386.rpm it comes up with failed dependency.
PLEASE READ BELOW

# rpm -ivh rrdtool-1.2.18-1.el4.rf.i386.rpm

If someone can confirm with me that the new version of rrdtool has
php-rrdtool modules built-in, then I don't need to install a separate
php-rrdtool-1.0.50-3.el4.rf.i386 rpm.
