[rrd-users] Where can I find RRDtool/WIN32 bindings for Tcl

I am a new member on mail list, trying to locate the TCL bindings for
RRD for Win32.  I see references but nothing much tangible at least to
my Windows-centric view of the world.  Can anybody point me to a
location.
