[rrd-users] Upgrading

I am trying to upgrade from 1.0.X to the latest version on Windows. I
get this message and can go no further. 

 

E:\rrdtool-1.2.15-win32-perl58\rrdtool\bindings\perl-shared>ppm install
RRDs.ppd

 

Note: Package 'RRDs' is already installed.

 

 

 

Are there any step by step upgrade procedure documents?
