[rrd-users] RRDTool + Nagios + Frontend integration

I'd recommend looking at http://www.ederdrom.de/doku.php/nagios/pnp_en
I use it and get good results.
The graphs are generated on the fly and accessed via an icon from within
Nagios.
Also, the nagios-user mailing list is usually pretty helpful.
