[rrd-users] ubuntu server install

Yes, it is in /usr/local/, but that did not work.

I'm getting the following error when I run the command below:

-bash:  LDFLAGS=-L/usr/local/lib: No such file or directory

Where did you install freetype2? If it's in /usr/local/ try something like:

CPPFLAGS="-I/usr/local/include -I/usr/local/include/freetype2" \
LDFLAGS=-L/usr/local/lib \
./configure
