Hi Andrew,

Three things to note:

* the amount of data stored in an rrd file depends on the way the
  rrd file is created ... you can configure it to store a months
  worth of data as a basis for calculating the 95% ...

* if you use the PERCENT VDEF function in rrdtool graph you get a
  percentile of what is shown in the graph. Unless your graph is
  very wide this will not be 5minutes but however wide a pixle, in
  most cases this will be a good aproximation, but not the
  'real-thing'.

* since you can use rrdtool graph without actually drawing a graph,
  (don't specify any graphin arguments) it is easily possible to
  run in once with a width setting of 8640 then getting that 95%
  number out via the PRINT argument.
