I've now rebuilt the packages listed below. From a quick glance at the
build logs I could not find any problems. Besides collectd, I did not do
any functional tests though, so some more feedback would still be
appreciated. If anyone is interested in the build logs of any of those
packages please drop me an E-mail and I will make them available
somewhere. The following packages have been recompiled:

 * collectd
 * flowscan
 * ganglia-monitor-core
 * hobbit
 * honeyd
 * iptotal
 * lm-sensors
 * netmrg
 * nfdump
 * ntop
 * rrdcollect
 * smokeping
 * torrus

The only required change was the substitution of librrd2-dev with
librrd4-dev in the build-dependencies.
