[rrd-users] rrdtool restore troubles

hello all,

i am trying to transfer rrd files dumped from a solaris machine (Solars 
10 3/05, x86 platform) with rrdtool 1.2.19 to a hp-ux box (hp-ux 
11.23.0606 EOE, PA-RISC) with rrdtool 1.3.4.

on all xml files "rrdtool restore" gives the error below:

ERROR: get_double_from_node: Cannot parse buffer as double:  NaN


any help will be appreciated,
