[rrd-users] limit max value for graphs "intelligently"

Dear Tobi, et al,

is there a way to set the max Y value plotted in a
graph to something like "average_value * 3" ?

This would help me very much in that it would 
prevent my graphs to become extremely compressed
due to a single huge outlier value.
