[rrd-users] How To Do A State Change Log/Graph ?

Thanks Tobi,
I will discuss this with the team in case there is a case for a percentage
view on ONess. It is just good to know that it cant be done (seeing the
ON/OFF state spread), so I know that I am not missing anything.
