[rrd-users] rrd update help

I want to store some data into an RRD every 10 minutes, so I created an RRD
file with step of 600 seconds and heartbeat of 1200 seconds. I set the start
time of the RRD file to 00:03 and update it at 00:13, 00:23, 00:33...
However, when I fetched the data , I found that the data were updated to
00:10, 00:20, 00:30... 
Anyone can tell me how can I update the data to the points I want? Thanks a
lot.
