[rrd-users] sort?

I'd like to display a graph with sorted data, sorted by y-axis value, so the
resultant graph will show an upwardly sloping line.

Is there a simpler way than to fetch the values, sort them externally,
create a new temporary RRD with the sorted data, and graph from that?
