[rrd-users] How to do batch processing in v1.4 daemon?

Been looking through the docs for the new caching daemon and its unclear
how batch processing interacts with rrd commands specifically with regards
the perl shared library.

I can't find any reference for this except here:

On a related note the search on the site seems to be broken, it just
goes to a 404 page:
http://oss.oetiker.ch/rrdtool/404.var
