[rrd-users] Change x-axis labelling for Past Month from Week XX to something else

In the Past Month graph, the x-axis simply states: "Week 14", "Week 18", etc. and it is not too useful.

What can be done to change the x-axis so that instead of "Week 14", it will state something like: "August 14" or "August Week 2".

I know that the rrdgraph has the capability to make the change.
What are the parameters to use to change from "Week 14" to a date?
