[rrd-users] is rrdtool GLPv2 or GPLv3?

If one looks at:

http://oss.oetiker.ch/rrdtool-trac/browser/trunk/program/COPYRIGHT

it states that rrdtool is GPLv2.  However, if one goes to:

http://oss.oetiker.ch/rrdtool/index.en.html and clicks on License to go
to:

http://oss.oetiker.ch/rrdtool/license.en.html

and then clicks on "GNU General Public License" that takes one to:

http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/gpl.html

which is for GPLv3.
