At the bottom of every mail from the list server is the footer :
_______________________________________________
rrd-users mailing list
rrd-users at lists.oetiker.ch
https://lists.oetiker.ch/cgi-bin/listinfo/rrd-users
So if you read any of the m ails you'd see that.
Also, in the headers of every list message, but probably not
displayed by your mail client, is :
List-Id: Help and discussion among RRDtool users <rrd-users.lists.oetiker.ch>
List-Unsubscribe: <https://lists.oetiker.ch/cgi-bin/listinfo/rrd-users>,
<mailto:rrd-users-request at lists.oetiker.ch?subject=unsubscribe>
List-Archive: <http://lists.oetiker.ch/pipermail/rrd-users>
List-Post: <mailto:rrd-users at lists.oetiker.ch>
List-Help: <mailto:rrd-users-request at lists.oetiker.ch?subject=help>
That should be enough for you. Most lists are the same.
FYI, and for anyone else unsure, you cannot unsubscribe by asking the
list to do it - unless the list manager/moderator also happens to see
your request and actions it for you.
Lastly, as a matter of etiquette, please do **NOT** start a new
thread on a mailing list by replying to an unrelated message. Even if
you change the subject (which you didn't), then there are message
references in the messages which some mail clients and archives use
to thread messages. The result is that your unrelated message pops up
in the middle of someone else's thread.
So always start new threads by using the "New Message" function in
your mail client.
