[rrd-users] What does value stand for in PDP Status?

Hi!

I would like to ask question about rrdtool(v1.4.5) dump result.

What does the 'value' stand for in PDP Status tag?

<!-- PDP Status -->
<last_ds>3</last_ds>
<value>1.9500000000e+02</value>
<unknown_sec> 0 </unknown_sec>

I understand that last_ds is the actual input value which is the value
before converted into rate. But the value seems to be a totally different value.

It would be helpful if someone can help.
