[rrd-users] rrdtool on a XFS filesystem

Hello,

I am new to rrdtool, i have looked a little bit on list archives by saw 
nothing to help me.

My problem is the following :
I have rrd files on a XFS file system under Linux 2.6.18 and it seems that
the date of the rrd files are not changing after an update : the content 
is updated but not the date of the files,
"> ls -l" command shows no changes, this meen that the modified files 
are not saved in my nightly backup !
This only happens on XFS filesystems  not on EXT3.
Is this behaviour normal ?
Is there some workaround ?
