[rrd-users] Two (simple) questions - maybe

If I want to add another DS to an existing rrdfile can it be done without
unloading, editing and reloading ?

I have two DS, one is total bytes written since the beginning of time, the
other the actual time take to do the actual write -what is the best way to
get the bytes/second for the time interval .
