[rrd-users] url for single graph (remove side bar and other graphs)

Hi
Wondering if it is possible to display only one graph instead of the whole
web interface ( remove the side bar and other graphs on the page) as i
would like to include the graph on part of the main site?

If it is possible please can you give an example, note i have looked
through the forums and manuals with no luck.  Below is a link that is
currently working on the current setup however it displays the side bar and
other graphs:
