[rrd-users] can't use hrule

hi

i got the trunk version of RRDtool 1.4. and use it.
```
$ rrdtool -v
RRDtool 1.4.999  Copyright 1997-2009 by Tobias Oetiker <tobi at oetiker.ch>
               Compiled Nov 17 2012 08:27:26
```

i tried to use the HRULE like

HRULE:100#FF0000

then, i got an error "ERROR: No positional legend found".
so next i tried

HRULE:100#FF0000:

i got an error "ERROR: vname 100 not found"

i can execute the first command using old version (1.4.7)
what was changed?
