[rrd-users] Perl RRDs module: add second Y axe does not work ?

I may be wrong (haven't checked yet) but I think the second axis code was not available until RRDTool 1.4.x ?  Or if not, at least a later 1.3.x release.  Try upgrading to 1.4.x or the latest available 1.3.x
