it's not 200 and 350.  It is 0.2 and 0.35

That is what "m" means... "mili" or 'one thousandth of'. So, "200 m" means 
"200 thousandths of", which equals 0.2

In a very busy system you may also get "300 k" which means 300,000 because 
"k" means "kilo" or 'one thousand times'.
