[rrd-users] Strange behavior when using CDEF to divide twovalues

Lol...

I figured it out. Hard to spot, but embarrassing nevertheless.
Try changing the name "COUNT" into something else, such as "NUMBER".

We continue the discussion (maybe on rrdtool-developers even) when you 
confirm that this solves the problem.
