[rrd-users] Adding two VDEF values together

Hi,

Thanks for both the suggestions but I opted to use the following as I
found it simpler.

> CDEF:c=a,b,ADDNAN
> VDEF:total=c,TOTAL

I thought this would be easier to understand if I came back and looked
at my code.
