[rrd-users] negative cpu utilization

we are monitoring the cpu utilization of RHEL boxes with graphs using rrd
files and some of them are showing negative cpu utilization.  sometimes the
cpu utilization in these servers is showing 0 when I try the sar command

are the graphs going negative because of 0 cpu utilization  ?
