In the footer of *EVERY* list message are a couple of links - one of which takes you to the info page from which you can unsubscribe :

In the headers fo *EVERY* list message are further links (though your client probably hides them) :

And when you subscribed you will have received a welcome mail with instructions in.

All these are common to most mailing lists run on Mailman, and some variation on them is common on other lists as well. As users, we cannot unsubscribe you - you have to do that yourself.
