I assume that would upset the parser as the 4 and 342944 would appear as separate arguments.

Other than that, do the calculation in the data collection script - that would be my preference, process whatever the raw input is and convert to "real" unit at source.
Or do it when graphing/exporting the data.
Or you could try 4342944,*,1000000/
