You have to dump the file on the _UNIX_ host that created the file (e.g. rrdtool dump foobar.rrd > foobar.xml) Transfer the XML-File to your _Windows_ box and restore the rrd-File from the XML-File (e.g. rrdtool restore foobar.xml foobar_on_windows.rrd) You don't have to write a batch script unless you have to dump/restore more rrd files.
