I'm a little bit puzzled ... shouldn't Warrick have to define alerts with
*different* names, like

+rtthighdetect
type = rtt
pattern = <0.1,>0.1,>0.1
comment = routing messed up

+rttnormaldetect
type = rtt
pattern = <0.1, <0.1
comment = routing normal again
