[smokeping-users] Measuring Other Things

I used to run a small, homegrown RRDTool based measurement tool to track
how quickly mail was delivered to one of the many Exchange servers (45!)
at our company. We are moving to Exchange 2000 and consolidating to only
four servers worldwide. I would like to move the mail "weather report"
to smokeping.
 
Has anyone any experience in using, measuring and displaying
non-fping/echoping data?
