[smokeping-users] I still have NaNs

Hi all!

Recently, I upgraded smokeping to 1.11, in this version, if no pings get
trough, it should log a full loss and not unknown loss, but it looks that
it doesn't work, I still have NaN in the packet loss field when all pings
fail:
