[smokeping-users] fetching data

I've read the rrdtool manual for "fetch" but am still having some problems -
bear with me - I'm learning Unix.
All I'm trying to do is to get an "average" or "median RTT avg" number for a
previous week.  Not the "last day" or the "last week" from "now" but a week
in the last month say.
I'm probably having problems with the resolution ( - r ) number and the Unix
time in "epoch seconds".
