yep ... this means you will have to compile rrdtool for the perl in
cygwin ... I have never tried this, but these days cygwin even
works with x11, so chances are good that you can get rrdtool to
build ...

I think they just renamed the beast to PersistentPerl ... also get
the source and compile it ...

(you have to get the cygwin gcc as well for this to work :-) )

it will be interesting to see if this works ...
