[smokeping-users] SomkePing with Cisco IOS probe

All,
Can someone explain how SmokePing works with Cisco Router IOS probe to
gather network response time statistics.  And, if this all I am interested,
do I still need to install the software such as fping, EchoPing prior to
installing SmokePing.
