[smokeping-users] HELP - SMOKEPING.CGI ERROR

Hello
 
I wonder if some could help me with a small problem I am having. I
installed smokeping as per the instructions and all seem to have gone
well. However when I try to run the smokeping.cgi I get the following
error, in the webserver error log:-

I would be very grateful if someone could point me in the right
direction.
