[smokeping-users] Help with max_rtt

Hello,

We have installed smokeping 1.16 & happy with it except we are unale to
force the graph scaling display

I need both the main & detail graphs to never have a max value more than
500mS.

I put in max_rtt = 500 but does not have any effect, whatever values I put
in the graphs still autoscale to the maximum values actually received.

What am I doing wrong?
