And you didn't mix both alerts? I.e.


+ loss5517
type = rtt
pattern = !=U,==U,==U
comment = port 5517 down for 10 minutes

and

+ loss5517
type = loss
pattern = <100%,==100%,==100%
comment = port 5517 is not responding (10 minutes), this is an advisory.
