[smokeping-users] Mail Reporting...not working

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could be of any assistance regarding the 
Reporting Capabilities of SmokePing.

My problem is that SmokePing does not send me an email when there is 
a 100% packet loss.

My current config states:

*** General ***

owner    = Schalk Erasmus
contact  = tech at incredible.com.na
mailhost = smtp.incredible.com.na
sendmail = /usr/local/sbin/exim
imgcache = /usr/local/smokeping/htdocs/img
imgurl   = /smokeimg
datadir  = /usr/local/var/smokeping
piddir  = /usr/local/var/smokeping
cgiurl   = http://people.ee.ethz.ch/~oetiker/smokeping/smokeping.cgi
smokemail = /usr/local/etc/smokeping/smokemail

*** Alerts ***

 to = tech at incredible.com.na
 from = smokealert at emerald.incredible.com.na

  lossdetect
 type = loss
 pattern = ==0%,==0%,==0%,==0%,>20%,>20%,>20%
 comment = suddenly there is packet loss

Problem is not associated with Exim, since I get Cron emails from the 
same server.

Could someone please advice.
