[smokeping-users] Announce SmokePing 1.26

Folks,

I have released SmokePing 1.26

2004/02/16 -- 1.26

* added --logfile option and generally enhanced logging ...
  smokeping will not die and log instead. -- Tobi

* added new 'offset' parameter to config file which allows to shift
  startup time of smokeping polling -- Tobi (for Virela)

* contributed radius and ldap probes --  Niko Tyni

* new option --static-pages to generate a static website (mrtg
  like) -- Santeri Paavolainen

* added support for multiple alert recipients --  Dmitry Melekhov

* fix for telnetIOSping.pm to consider packet size -- Paul Wulff
