[smokeping-users] false alerts after upgrade

Last week I upgraded Smokeping from 1.24 to 1.31. I'm now periodically
receiving false alerts that a host is down. The next polling interval
I'll receive the alert that host is back up. I'm only monitoring ~100
hosts at a 120 second interval. At this time only one is non-responsive.
Any ideas about the problem?
