[smokeping-users] v2.0.5 ebuild posted for you Gentoo users

I rewrote the gentoo ebuild for smokeping for the
third or fourth time.  It has a dump/restore function
added to the init.d script which is handy when you are
bouncing around 32 and 64 bit boxes.
