[smokeping-users] ANNOUNCE smokeping 1.36 released

Folks,

Some would call this SmokePing 2.0 ... but we are modest :-)
Much of the code in this release was contributed by Niko Tyni.
Thanks very much !

The new release includes:

* better Logging capabilities
* The ability to use the same probe several times with different
  settings
* The ability to use probe-specific step time
* Highlevel forking code that spans several instances of smokeping
  who then work in parallell.
* a revisited and fixed RemoteFPing probe
* random launch time on by default, to make sure that target sites
  to not get hit by unreasonable probing intensities if several
  smokeping instances monitor the same target.
