[smokeping-users] New smokeping statistics page

Hi,

On your smokeping pages you may have noticed a link with the
smokeping version number pointing to a cgi at my website. If you
click on this link this will update the smokeping usage statistics.

The statistics are now visible online. You will get there when you
click on that link on your smokeping page.
