[smokeping-users] (13)Permission denied: exec of '/etc/smokeping/htdocs/smokeping.cgi' fail

Hi list...

I'm have installed and configured smokping on Fedora core4.
the start of smokping working an i get the folders wife the data from 
rrdtool.

now i will access the smokeping.cgi via apache http://ip/smokeping.cgi 
get my a error 500
in the apache log

(13)Permission denied: exec of '/etc/smokeping/htdocs/smokeping.cgi' fail
Premature end of script headers: smokeping.cgi


the http.conf contents cgi alias..

ScriptAlias /smokeping.cgi /etc/smokeping/htdocs/smokeping.cgi

Permission on file
/etc/smokeping/htdocs/smokeping.cgi

please help.
