[smokeping-users] Solution for RRDs.so loading problem in Fedora Core 3

Hi all,
Smokeping running on Fedora Core 3 give the following error due to SELinux of FC3. Any one can change the default value in /etc/selinux/config (reboot required) or use "setenforce 0" to disable the security temporary (reboot not required).
