Yes, Debian sarge (3.1) has an old version of smokeping (1.38-3), which
doesn't support the --reload option. It was implemented in 2.0.2.
The reboot was quite overkill, though. Just '/etc/init.d/smokeping restart'
or 'smokeping --restart' would have been enough.
