Sure.  Matchers are attached.  I'm sure there's a way to do this without
the alert being edgetriggered w/ state, but this lets you use an equal
length clearing time in the same alert, which is nice for piped alerts
in applications.
Thanks for including the patch!  (And for smokeping, for that matter)
