[smokeping-users] Re: Owamp Probe creation question

Hi,
	I was wondering, how does Smokeping know if there are loss packets ?
Because i'm getting results from smokeping that tells me my Owamp probe got 19/20 packet lost.

The open() function with a pipe ('|') executes the specified
command, and its output can be read from the opened filehandle.
See the perlfunc and perlipc manuals for details.
 
 open(P, "$cmd 2>&1 |") or croak("fork: $!");
